The Music Therapy Connection

Hi I’m Ben. I’m a HCPC registered Music Therapist. I have launched this blog with the intention of exploring everyday issues which might be having an effect on your mental health. I often speak from my own personal experiences and hope you find the content useful. I’m always happy to hear from you if you have a question or there is something you would like to be addressed in a future post.
